The Classic Reformed Theology Research Group (dutch: Werkgezelschap Oude Gereformeerde Theologie, OGTh) was founded in 1982 for the purpose of studying early modern scholastic theology. In 2010 it started the project “Synopsis Purioris Theologiae (1625)”, which was finished in July 2020 with the publication of the third and final volume of a bilingual, annotated edition of the Leiden Synopsis (Leiden: Brill, 2014-2020). For further information, see the Publications page.
In 2020, OGTh started its current project “Early Modern Reformed Disputations on Divine Providence”.
